We are currently seeking an experienced leader to serve as the Associate Program Manager (PM) supporting the Integrated Combat Management Systems team delivering Aegis Capability Packages.

Responsibilities for this position include:
• Represent Lockheed Martin to the US Navy customer, serving as the primary interface for program execution and risk management with the Cyber and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) customers.
• Plan, manage, and report financial performance of cross-program efforts, which includes scope for RHEL8 migration, Cyber capability development, Infrastructure as a Service, and Operating Environment integration.
• Work in partnership with CP24 and Baseline 10 program management teams with responsibility for cost, schedule and technical execution and resource planning to achieve on time delivery of contract commitments.
• Support Fielding and Sustainment program integration, driving program performance and financial outcomes across the portfolio. Support as focal point between program, functional and leadership teams.

RMSPM
Basic Qualifications:
• An appropriate degree from an accredited university in Business, Science, Engineering or equivalent experience/combined education.
• An operating knowledge of System Engineering including requirements management, system design and product lifecycle.
• Experience with program / project management.
• Experience leading cross functional teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to interface at all levels and with multiple departments .
• A track record of successfully establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, subcontractors, and employees.
Desired Skills:
• Proven ability to multi-task and ability to manage multiple simultaneous program efforts.
• Experience with Aegis Common Source Library and Aegis development and test.
• Experience with transitioning capability from design to demonstration.
• Experience working with U.S. Navy as a customer.
• Program Management / technical experience in delivery of software.
• Experience with digital transformation, Agile and DevSecOps software development approaches.
• Proven ability to build, evolve, and sustain customer partnerships.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
