Focal for all coordination, issues, questions, and concerns for a predetermined set of parts. Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders. Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity, and performance. This is a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to take action as required.
Representative Major Tasks:
- Liaison with customers on material requirements, status, issues, and concerns
- Performs data entry of material orders. Assists in analyzing supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.
- Analyzes material location and performs redistribution.
- Enters, tracks, and monitors customer orders. Identifies customer issues for resolution or referral.
- Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer and delivery requirements.
- Processes material returned from customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate delivery problem resolution.
- Performs order close out.
- Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services including repair capabilities, capacity, and performance.
- Coordinates the movement of assets and components through the repair cycle.
- Maintains internal/external supplier/customer interface with regular communication, such as attending customer supply meetings.
- Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims. Identifies customer issues for resolution or referral.
