A completion supervisor manages crews of represented mechanics/technicians charged with the completion of aircraft build, systems testing, and operational check flights. Ensures company, customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met.


What You Will Be Doing
• Responsible for driving and adjusting as necessary work assignments to meet tactical and strategic goals.
• Ensures that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget following established procedures, schedules, and work plans.
• Sets priorities and job assignments, coordinates with MTEs for troubleshooting path on Avionic issues and regressions on Avionic systems.
• Review work for overall quality and efficiency.
• Administers and executes policies and procedures that typically affect individual employees.

This position is listed for a particular shift. However, the selected individual may be transferred to a different shift in order to support production needs.

Systems including, JTD/DOMMS/ALIS,EDMS,
MPRS II, QADs, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
• Experience working with representative
employees and or managing representative
employees.
• Familiarity with Flight Line aircraft
maintenance, safety processes.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and
written.
• Experience with LM organizational environment
to include production engineering,
manufacturing engineering, production control,
and industrial engineering
• Comfortable and effective at holding self and
others accountable
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office S/W

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
