Roles and Responsibilities
- Reviews design/non design changes in cooperation with supply chain teams
- Coordinates change flow in manufacturing environment
- Controls timely implementation of changes
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Critically evaluates efficiency of such resolutions.
- Proposes and/or supports updates of current procedures
- Collaborates with other departments from supply chain and engineering
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Czech language
- Ability to lead team meetings and communicate with senior staff
- Structured, lean approach
- Problem solving skills
Desired Characteristics
- Bachelor degree from mechanical engineering university
- Previous experience with configuration control
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
