We are currently looking for a Customer Claims Manager (d/f/m) for Aftersales to join our team “Operational Quality Management Europe” in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel and Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg, Germany.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Processing customer claims E2E for all products incl. tools
Acting as focal point and consulting function for internal stakeholders
Accompanying internal and external audits
Coordinate and communicate between the different internal stakeholders like warehouse, customer order desk etc.
Ad hoc support for Satair quality inspectors on quality assurance issues, root cause analysis, PPS
Collaboration in improvement projects
ABOUT YOU
Equipped with a Technical degree (or similar) paired with professional experience ideally in a comparable role, we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:
You have experience in the Aviation industry, ideally from customer services.
You have worked with SAP & Google Applications
Fluent in English & German
You have communication and moderation skills
You are motivated and able to work independently
You are resilient, self organized and used to work with deadlines
