This position is for a Microelectronics Sr. ProgramSpecialist in the Plymouth Minnesota site. This role will work closely withthe Program Managers to manage and execute the assigned programs for themicroelectronics product line.  The rolerequires microelectronics process and/or product knowledge to be able todevelop and manage programs.  Thisposition will collect the voice of the customer data and work with engineeringto launch products out of the Plymouth Foundry.  The role will require business development activities to understand theneeds of the customers using radiation hardened microelectronics and make surethe foundry is driving to meet the needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Management of key products from proposal to completion.
  • Work within a team environment to define product deliverables.
  • Experience working closely with customers on issue resolution and projects.
  • Relationship building of customer(s)
  • Utilization of Earned Value Management Tools and Philosophy
  • Work closely with the Program Management community to continuously improve our processes.
  • Manage Key Program Metrics such as cost, milestones, and schedules

U.S. PERSONREQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export controllaws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, aU.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S.under asylum or refugee status.

Must Have:

  • 3+ years experience within semiconductor technical or business field
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Clearance
  • BS/BA/ in technical or business disciplines
  • Must be a US Person due to export control laws
