The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager will achieve outstanding customer executive level engagement with Honeywells Forge Digital Marketing Team. This role will support the development of our Honeywell Forge website by authoring, editing and publishing pages in our proprietary Adobe AEM CMS environment. This AEM Author uses their excellent attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and technical knowledge to author, update and control digital content. They will work with a cross functional team to ensure the user experience matches the creative guidelines, displays the appropriate content, and functions to meet the business requirements.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing for HCE, this individual effectively serves as the lead for the HCE website, as well all connected HCE GBE website properties. They lead a team of AEM technical page authors and will work very closely with our corporate and HCE IT Development teams to constantly improve the performance and delivery of our websites. The Digital Marketing Manager is accountable for the digital marketing strategy for the entire HCE business, including developing and executing effective and results-oriented integrated marketing campaigns that build pipeline and grow the companys business through our websites. The ideal candidate will thrive on incorporating data-driven analytics to refine and hone execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Author and publish content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Use responsive web design to craft sites which provide optimal viewing, interaction experience, and readability.
  • Implement re-usable components and experience fragments to streamline the authoring process.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for AEM, as well as WordPress and other CMS platforms.
  • Working with the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing, establish a comprehensive strategy for our digital platforms, aligning it to business and functional priorities.
  • Style content using CSS to match creative specifications.
  • Define technical and component enhancements to support best-in-class content delivery for campaigns, demand and lead generation efforts.
  • Document authoring instructions and guidelines.
  • Manage assets within Adobe Digital Asset Manager.
  • Collaborate within a cross functional team throughout the workday.
  • Liase with IT technical counterparts on a regular basis to drive website improvements, enhancements.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and document browser/platform compatibility issues and standards.
  • Ensure that end users enjoy a cohesive, logical, and intuitive experience.

MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant content strategy and web development experience, with expertise in using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) to create, manage, and publish the pages.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of HTML, CSS and web publishing is required. Advanced AEM and WordPress certifications is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the relevant publishing technologies and knowledge infrastructure elements.
  • Understanding to manage AEM experience fragments.
  • Knowledge and capability of Ceros preferred.
  • Understanding and applicability of Zendesk, preferred.
  • Experience with web content translation/localization processes and manage global websites.
  • Manage global content strategy, including strategic planning, analysis, and help define content and digital governance standards.
  • Ability to use Photoshop to modify and enhance imagery is added advantage.
  • WorkFront experience strongly preferred.
  • Perform detailed content audits of all digital assets across sites, perform site redirects, etc.
  • Define content models for CMS components and oversee content production guidelines.
  • Optimize site search functionality to improve content findability.
  • Develop metrics for content measurement and define content mapping from current to new site structure.
  • Work with Digital/SEO team to incorporate organic search considerations into content strategy.
  • Work as a liaison between end - users and developers on various projects
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the tools and processes required to manage site content.
  • Work with the web team and the campaign managers and possibly the end - users to create best in class User Experience
  • Identify site improvement opportunities and continuously validate user experience.
  • Work with stakeholders on design considerations, advise on best practices for the overall strategy and content plan.
  • Experience in project management using tools like Zoho, Jira etc.
