- 9-11 years of extensive global operational and commercial airline experience.
- In-depth knowledge of South American market.
- Bilingual preferred; able to read, write and speak Spanish fluently.
- Progressively responsible experience levels in prior job assignments.
- Thorough understanding of operating economics of the aircraft in Atlas Air’s fleet.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work with people, both as direct reports and through collaboration.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated abilities in problem solving, with a focus on Customer Service solutions.
- Understanding and experience with the fleet types operated by Atlas Air and its affiliates.
- Ability to independently organize and perform multiple assignments with time constraints and firm deadlines.
- Display overall excellent communication (internal and external), management and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce.com highly beneficial
Salary Range: $114,000- $154,000
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
