Drive strategic sourcing alignment with business leadership. You will have global responsibility to enable all supplier business teams, commodities, and regions to drive YoY cost saving results aligned with the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Term Strategic Plan to include leveraging other key functions (Supplier Claims, E-Auction, APPC, Etc).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline the sourcing productivity MOS across all supplier business teams.
- Lead strategy leaders across all Aero commodities to standardize work within the productivity MOS.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting internally and through the corporate dashboard.
- Help to identify key levers for YOY savings and partner with strategy leaders to develop and execute the savings plan (OnCo, OffCo, Payment Avoidance, Rebate Collections, Claims, ST, VE, etc)
- Present to executive leaders on summary results and next steps for gross save and inflation mitigation.
- Lead AOP development and STRAP coordination efforts for cost levers across SBTs.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 Years experience in ISC based sourcing or procurement function.
- Strong data analytic skillset and demonstrate success in managing a operating system in a cross functional environment.
