Description:The PAC-3 Launcher Maintenance Depot lead is part of the Logistics and Sustainment Engineering Organization. The candidate will support the Launcher Maintenance Recapitalization and Repair & Return programs located in Grand Prairie/Arlington, TX, and oversee all aspects of the depot operations, such as return to green and work around plans, risk mitigation, continuous improvement projects, and ensuring all parts are completed on time. This is a cross functional interfacing role that operates in a fast-paced environment. Basic responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Cost Account Manager (CAM) for LMK Maintenance LSE
- Leading continuous improvement projects
- Assigning and overseeing daily tasks of 2 items analysts
- Providing a strategy to complete repairs and recap parts on time
- Creating schedules, burndown, and return to green plans
- Working seamlessly with a cross functional salary team and hourly support
- Reporting status to Program Management
- Lead continuous improvement projects
- Leading risk mitigation activities
- Identifying Processes to accomplish tasks
- Manage program budgets for assigned area of responsibility
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Manufacturing related disciplines (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business with a focus in Logistics, etc.)
- Must have an active Secret security clearance
- Logistics or Manufacturing background
- Sustainment and Depot Operations experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships are a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, technical writing experience, and an ability to perform oral presentations in front of large groups
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, TEAMs, PowerPoint)
- SAP experience
- Ability to make quick decisions and provide a strategic vision to execute to program goals
Desired Skills:
- Risk identification and management experience.
- Experience in SAP MRO
- Microsoft Project and Scheduling experience
- Experience interpreting contracts
- Control Account Manager (CAM) certified

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
