Job Description:

In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Donauwörth as soon as possible as our new

IM Business Relationship Management – Design Office Solution - ET (d/f/m).

Works as the strategic interface between IM directorate and ET stakeholders and is accountable for continuous improvement plans defined for the domain, resolution of escalations received from the stakeholders, execution of the customer survey and customer satisfaction for his domain.

Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

The purpose

• Proactively serves as a “trusted advisor,” and functions as a key / focal point of contact for IT business stakeholders
• Represents IT to the business by promoting IT’s vision, value, services, and capabilities (in collaboration with the IM Domain and PSL leaders)
• Acts as an advocate on behalf of business stakeholders to ensure IT services meet their business priorities and needs.
• Prepares and reviews regularly overall IM performance with IT business stakeholders
• Ensures Continuous Improvement Plans are in place to constantly improve IM performance and value delivered to the business
• Presents the IM cost transparency document and IM charge back to Head of directorates

The Scope (main activities)

• Elaborates and defines the continuous improvement areas together with business stakeholder and IM Domain leaders
• Ensures taken improvement actions are followed up until customer satisfaction is achieved
• Contributes together with the Enterprise Architects and the IM Domain Leaders to the elaboration of domain roadmaps
• Is in front of business managers the representative of IM for all products and services
• Is the focal point for business stakeholders for escalations
• Performance measurement and communication

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Maintain overall customer satisfaction with IM products and/or services
• Identify opportunities to propose new products or services to customer(s)
• Be the primary contact point for customer executive management
• Delivers value-added presentations related to products and services to customer executive management
• Maintains and enhances business relationships
• Handles and facilitates any escalations from the relevant stakeholders
• Presents IM cost transparency document and chargeback models for products and services
• Secure correct and transparent chargeback to the business

Your Profile

Education

• Diploma/Master&39;s degree in IT (or a similar course of studies)
• Technical specialty within IT

Competences, Methods & Tools

• Stakeholders Management, Customers expectations & needs, interact & influence
• IT & Business Strategy Alignment, IT/Business Change Management, Business Plan Development, Continuous improvement methodologies
• Service Level Management, Solution Performance Management

Language

• English - Nearly native speaking
• German & French - Basic knowledge would be a plus
