Lead Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Specialist

As a Lead Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will drive the success of end-to-end supply chain for aerospace coatings. In Supplier Readiness were finding innovative, collaborative ways to improve delivery and quality of our suppliers creating a vital link between our supply chain, internal factories and our customers.  Collaboration with cross-functional teams is integral to identify and implement process improvements, utilizing your strong knowledge of supply chain processes.

Your analytical expertise will be key in dissecting supply chain data and metrics to unearth trends, risks, and optimization opportunities. The development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets will be under your purview, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

You will report directly to our VP, Supplier Readiness, Power Systems and youll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

You will be at the forefront of transforming our organizations supply chain landscape. Your strategic oversight and successful execution of end-to-end supply chain projects will directly contribute to heightened operational efficiency, streamlined processes, and cost optimization. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing best practices, you will be a catalyst for continuous improvement, fostering a culture that adapts and thrives in a dynamic market. Your keen analytical insights into supply chain data will not only mitigate risks but also uncover opportunities for growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct capacity analysis for Platinum Aluminide and EB-PVD coatings across internal and supplier facilities. Review supplier capabilities, assess operational gaps and take systematic actions to develop a world class supply chain.
  • Manage supplier readiness activities within coating supply chain to meet growing demand. Develop the budget for capacity expansion and/or transition activities.  Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement and value engineering opportunities within the supply chain.
  • Proactively identify and assess potential risks in supply chain projects, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard against disruptions and delays.
  • Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of supply chain projects, regularly reporting on progress and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Explore and leverage emerging technologies to enhance supply chain processes, integrating digital solutions for improved visibility, automation, and efficiency.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective information exchange.

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with coating processes, such as Platinum Aluminide and EB-PVD.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
  • Strong project management skills. PMP Certification preferred.
  • Ability to drive change and inspire teams toward common objectives.
  • Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain function.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management.
