Work with the latest technologies and techniques in the aviation industry to source materials, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics. You’ll ensure we have what we need to service our customers.

As a Mechanic act as a backup Leader and you will assist leader with production flow and work schedules while providing support and guidance to your teams with the ability to troubleshoot issues/problems. 

What you’ll do:

  • Set up engine/component into work area.
  • Complete check in process – reviewing documentation.
  • Identifying the status of the engine/component and determine if any outstanding modification or airworthiness directive need to be incorporated. 
  • De-stack/disassemble engine, modules, components and/or accessories. 
  • Record and take measurements while dismantling, document with pictures as required. 
  • Prepare parts to get cleaned and repaired, clean parts as required. 
  • Balance as requires.
  • Inspects the parts determining if they are able to be repaired or replaced. 
  • Route repairable parts to appropriate area 
  • Place order for parts requires.
  • Ensures all parts required are ready and available for assembly of the engine or component. 
  • Assemble complete engines, modules, components and/or assemblies. 
  • Final release process – checking product for compliance.
  • Uses maintenance manuals and specifications to determine proper operating conditions. 
  • Reads technical specifications to identify product discrepancies and deficiencies. 
  • Verifying the conformance of parts to manuals and blueprints 
  • Set up engine/component into work area.
  • Complete check in process – reviewing documentation.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 

Position Requirements:

  • Highly proficient with in depth knowledge of engine/module and component induction, kitting and assemble, inspection and dismantle.
  • Expertise with technical documents and manuals and acts as a resource to other mechanics 
  • Guides and trains other levels of mechanics 
  • May have contact with customers. 
  • FAA Certification required.
  • A&P License required.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Mechanical and or aviation experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Leadership experience
  • PT6A & JT15D experience.
