Responsibilities:
Champion mentoring, coaching, co-development, and team development initiatives.
Command data analytics to optimize our Learning, Development, and Talent Management activities.
Elevate engagement by managing attendance and boosting enrollments.
Captivate audiences with visually stunning presentations and marketing materials.
Support our virtual and in-person training programs with unwavering enthusiasm and expertise.
Requirements/Experience:
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, fueled by a passion for Learning and Development.
Navigate through vast datasets and transform them into actionable insights.
Unleash your creativity with a background in internal marketing and communication.

Pay Details: $38.00 per hour
