MAG Aerospace is currently bidding on a Security Assistance (SA)program and contingently hiring for a Logistics & Property Manager.
YOU MUST HAVE THIS CERTIFICATION TO BE HIRED FOR THIS POSITION
Current Certification - Asset Manager by Institute of Asset Management (IAM)
This position will provide management to all properties and coordinated logistics required for those locations concerning a large, complex task order providing the full spectrum of professional services across the Security Cooperation enterprise.
This is a full time position with full benefits.
This position is mainly remote but depending on contractual / customer / MAG driven needs - some travel to multiple CONUS sites and travel to the DMV / Capital Beltway might be required occasionally
All personnel will be hired on a contingent basis and upon a contract award will be upgraded to a full MAG employee.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Lead in the management and control of program wide Government property (and its whereabouts) including initiating and maintaining the processes, systems, procedures, records, and methodologies necessary for effective and efficient control and movement.
- Coordinate inventory tracking and reporting.
- Lead in the execution of transferring property and maintaining records and ownership for SC and SA programs.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Five years of experience (within the last ten years) performing U.S. Government Property Management for SC and SA programs.
Education / Certification:
- Current certification as Asset Manager by Institute of Asset Management (IAM)
Clearance:
- Must have an active Secret Clearance.
