ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager is responsible for management of product lines within the scope of customer MIN/MAX contracts. Ensures production launches are successfully performed and are within cost and schedule constraints.

Provides administrative direction to MIN/MAX production jobs.

  • Determines customer requirements by obtaining and analyzing customer data.
  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, answering questions and requests.
  • Manage Min/MAX inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account managers
  • Maintain contract service level requirements per Min/Max contracts
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
  • Identify and mentor an appropriate potential Program Management candidate.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pricing Analyst:

  • Create and maintain price books for our core competency products
  • Identify opportunities to optimize sales through pricing strategies
  • Prepares pricing for long term contracts
  • Monitor and report on trends in sales by product

Sales and Operations Planning:

  • Developing the most desirable product mix to maximize sales and profit
  • Support management in risk management and mitigation
  • Communicate changes in sales forecast and inventory estimations

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree; or two to three years related experience and/or training.
  • 2-3 years project management experience; industry experience a plus.
  • Exceptionally strong spoken and written communication skills. Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with customers, interface with other departments, and present information to managers.
  • Solid prospecting abilities & excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Experience in the fastener or aerospace industries is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Communication - Ability to communicate ideas, data both verbally and written, in a persuasive and appropriate manner. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Relationship Building - Ability to make and maintain client and prospect contact.
  • Organization - Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of appointments, sales calls, follow-up calls, samples, etc.
  • Time Management - Ability to set priorities and workflow to accomplish day to day tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to use all functions of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $93900 to $140900 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 3X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company&39;s medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
