Honeywell has an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager - Strategyand Market Expansion within the cybersecurity business of HCE.  Reporting to the Product Portfolio Director,the Product Manager is responsible for developing strategies, productrequirements, and partnerships for expanding HCEs cybersecurity portfolio intonew markets.  The successful candidate willhave a combination of product management, strategy, marketing, and businessdevelopment skills to drive new opportunities for the HCE cybersecurityportfolio.

The successful candidate will be expected to be a high-energy, creative,and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and instincts.  This person is highly intelligent andenthusiastic with a commitment to excellence.  In terms of personal competencies, the successful candidate must be ahands-on individual who possesses the best combination of strategic thinkingand drive to achieve tangible business results.  The candidate must also balance theoretical thought with practicalapplication in the face of ambiguity.

In this key position, you will leverage your experience and driveto:

  • Analyze OT/IoT/IIoT cybersecurity market opportunities and map them against capabilities of HCEs cybersecurity portfolio
  • Define strategy, product requirements, and partnerships to expand to new markets
  • Evaluate the cybersecurity regulatory environment for key geographies and how HCE cybersecurity products can be positioned/adapted to meet customer needs
  • Ensure sales, go-to-market, and commercialization teams are fully enabled to be commercially successful in newly-entered markets
  • Perform build/buy/partner analysis and identify, develop, and manage strategic resell and OEM partnerships to help fill product line gaps.

Be the voice of the customer and product vision for new markets. Influence customers, partners, senior leaders across Honeywell and communicate Honeywells Cybersecurity vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, business, marketing, or other technical discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of software product management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of cybersecurity experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and partner in a matrix organization

  • Experience working with compliance programs
  • Experience working within a multinational corporation
  • Experience with industrial control systems, process control networks, DCS, SCADA and/or industrial automation a plus.
