Honeywells ACST team is seeking a Project Manager for our Golden Valley, MN location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a collection of Projects led by Project Engineers and Principal Investigators
- Motivating and supporting the team to drive positive culture and leading by example
- Collaborating with other disciplines to resolve complex and unforeseen problems
- Accountable for contract deliverables and performance
- Adapting working methods when unforeseen problems arise, or milestones change
- Reporting project progress to the Senior Leadership
- Interfacing with Shared Services on relevant project issues
- Mitigating risks identified by Projects
- Leading or supporting proposal management and Project baseline control
- Working with the Program Management Office, Project Team Leads and Leadership Team to support program and team objectives
U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTSMust be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years experience in project management
- U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
WE VALUE
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or relevant discipline
- Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and financial systems (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).
- Proactive and resourceful self-starter, with ability to multi-task
- Masters degree and Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations
- Exceeding customer expectations

Compensation $127,000- $191,000 base salary range
