Join a team of development program professionals to manage& lead Honeywell programs. You will work under minimal supervision of thePMO leader, execute development programs of significant size & complexityto achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements whiledemonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough understandingof multiple workstreams (of functions and Centers of Excellence). You willmanage and lead complex, global development programs that may span severalmajor domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technologydevelopment and production across locations. You will define, generate &implement program plans.

AtHoneywell Advanced Connected Sustainability Technologies (ACST), ouroutstanding team of scientists, engineers, and professionals developgroundbreaking technology by applying their expertise in complex hardware andsoftware control systems, atomic physics, ultra-high vacuum environments,cryogenics, cyber security, and more.

HoneywellsACST team is seeking a Program Manager for either our GoldenValley, MN or Herndon, VA locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concurrently manage a portfolio of projects
  • Customer interface
  • Drive on-time execution
  • Define & Generate Program Plans
  • Understand budget/schedule
  • Execute the Management Operating System
  • Coordinate with Functions
  • Facilitate forecast analysis
  • Facilitate capacity analysis
  • Present programmatic details
  • Manage risk across programs
  • Summarize key issues & actions
YOU MUST HAVE:
  • 5+ years of experience and expertise within technical or business field
  • 5+ year of experience project/program management experience
  • Bachelors degree in business, scientific, engineering, or related field
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Willingness to hold Top Secret security clearance

  • Self-motivated and results driven mentality with demonstrated ability to multi-task, analyze quantitatively, and problem-solve
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in teams and one-on-one, displaying customer service actions, tact and diplomacy
  • Leading Cross Functional Collaboration, Communication, and Influence
