Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking an Program Management-Subcontract Associate Manager for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to lead a team of subcontract administrators in support of the HIMARS Program.
Possible responsibilities include:
-Managing subordinate teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs.
-Developing sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution.
-Acting as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office.
In addition, the selected candidate will also be responsible for directing all phases of the subcontract from initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions through requests for proposals, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability and program execution.
Basic Qualifications:
-Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR
-Experience negotiating, administering, and managing subcontracts
-Experience coaching and trainings others
Desired Skills:
-Ability to work within P2P and SAP
-Strong understanding of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
