At Honeywell Advanced Connected Sustainability Technologies (ACST), our outstanding team of scientists, engineers, and professionals develop groundbreaking technology by applying their expertise in complex hardware and software control systems, atomic physics, ultra-high vacuum environments, cryogenics, cyber security, and more. 

Honeywells ACST team is seeking a Project Management Specialist for our Golden Valley, MN location. In this role, you will manage facilities business projects that drive revenue, increase productivity, and improve processes.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
•Work with Program Management Office, Project Managers, Technical Team, and Leadership Team to support program and team objectives.
•Coordinating and tracking progress on a portfolio of facilities projects, such as equipment installations and space rearrangement.
•Tracking facilities utilization, utilities, and conditions in support of laboratory and office operations.
•Transitioning project specifications into operating space including coordinating new operation and maintenance requirements.
•Primary focus as Project Manager supporting cost, schedule and status of project deliverables and performance through work order systems and project tracking tools.
•Track and mitigate risks identified by Project Engineers and Stakeholders.
•Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve complex and unforeseen problems.
•Adapt working methods when unforeseen problems arise, or milestones change.
•Work with Facility Techs and other team members.  Motivate and support the team to drive positive culture. Lead by example. 
•Drafting and reviewing Statements of Work (SoW) for facilities projects and working with Management of Change (MoC) implementation.
•Providing on call support to Facilities Tech(s) (24/7).
•Liaison between contractors and project team members 
•Provide HSE support to facilities.
•Lead continuous improvement projects and efforts, including development and continuation of KPIs.
•Travel to ACST locations - estimated at 20.

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.


YOU MUST HAVE:
•U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
•4+ years experience in program management, project controls, workflow specialist, or project support.
•Must have experience with construction, and or HVAC and AC power.

WE VALUE:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Construction Management or relevant discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Expertise with AutoCAD.
• Proactive and resourceful self-starter, with ability to multi-task.
• Project Management certification (PMP).
• Expertise with Microsoft Programs including Office, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities.
• Exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
