An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Supply Chain Process & Performance Management team. You will be responsible for A220 related project management activities with the target to maturate the new program in line with our Supply Chain needs. 

The position will be located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

What the job is …

Our team was established to drive all necessary projects and initiatives to deliver an efficient, fast and reliable world wide spares availability. 

The key challenge of your role will be to lead and deploy improvements which are related to the transformation of the supply chain&39;s scalability and efficiency.

In a nutshell, you can expect to:

  • Lead and deploy improvements and deliver solutions accordingly with internal and external stakeholders

  • Advocate and position Supply Chain within the diverse A220 After Sales organization (Airbus Canada, Satair, P- & S-Organization)

  • Embark the A220 organization on the end-to-end processes “forecast-2-inventory” and “ex Supply Chain”. Benchmark with well established processes and organizations within A3XX program and Satair legacy and solve the deficiencies with “plug-&-play” solutions 

  • Ensure Supply Chain needs are well embedded into upstream functions (Engineering, Sales, Pricing, Product Mgmt etc.) in order to increase the happy path workflow

  • Make data driven decisions based on data available on the platforms such as Skywise and SAP Analytics Cloud

  • Prepare & present regularly business reports for various stakeholders & forums in order to ensure good transparency and project status

Around 20 Travel days to be expected

How you will contribute to the team

  • You are experienced in driving Change Management

  • You are experienced in Process Improvement

  • You have great analytical skills and problem solving acumen 

  • You have a self-responsible attitude to drive and achieve agreed objectives and the ability to prioritize tasks

  • You are an enthusiastic team player and value knowledge sharing

  • You possess a willingness to deep-dive into a broad variety of transversal subjects

  • You have a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Technology or similar

  • You show excellent communication and presentation skills

  • You are at a negotiation level in English, written and spoken.

  • Affinity to IT systems / familiar with the tools landscape, e.g. SAP, Skywise
