The Repair & Overhaul Leaderwill be working within the Honeywell Sensing & Safety Technologies (SST)business unit, specifically the SST Service organization where you will beresponsible for overseeing the repair and overhaul operations of ourorganization.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficientdelivery of service solutions to our valued customers, while maintaining thehighest standards of satisfaction. With your strong leadership skills and customer-focusedmindset, you will drive continuous improvement and optimize our servicedelivery processes.
You will report directly to ourCentral Operations Director and work out of our Lincolnshire, IL location on anonsite work schedule basis. In this role, you will have a direct impact on thesuccess of our repair and overhaul operations, as well as the overallsatisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Leader of $6M+ P&L supporting our Gas Detection Equipment in the Business Lines of High-Tech,
- Fixed & POSIChek for in-house Repair & Overhaul Services
- Responsible for team performance to drive customer experience by on-time repair activities
- Implement continuous improvement processes to drive growth and efficiency
- Ensure consistent delivery with well-document standard work processes
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead and manage a team of repair and overhaul technicians, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

You Must Have
- 4+ years of experience in service and repair management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of service and repair processes and methodologies
