As the F-35/IFG LOB (Line of Business) Research Manager for Signature Integration underneath Signature Management & Survivability (SM&S), you are responsible for the successful execution of all contracted Signature Integration tasking. Tasking includes Development, Production and Sustainment of all of LM Aero’s F-35/IFG business and how software is used to deliver or optimize various products.

You are responsible to manage and track Signature Integration task execution to schedule and budget to ensure LOB Enterprise goals and objectives are met.

Your specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Business and Administrative execution excellence, technical development and issue management, Internal team and external customer relationship fostering and care, team member career development and mentoring, and staffing.

You have additional responsibilities to coordinate and communicate up leadership chain, across to peers and to all team members.

Relationship building with customer community within and external to areas of expertise is also needed.

** Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. **
Basic Qualifications:
• Signature Management expertise is required within an SM&S discipline: Signature Integration, Low Observables Materials and Processes or Supportable Low Observables.
• Candidate should be knowledgeable of all program phases as they relate to Signature encompassing Modernization, Production and Sustainment.
• Engineering or Computer Science Bachelors degree. Masters degree preferred.
• Leadership experience in diverse and dynamic team environment/organization
• Program management experience in managing programs delivering successful cost, schedule and financial outcomes
• Experience working with internal and external customers
Desired Skills:
• Experience on any relevant Signature software products
• Experience in capture management
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the proven ability to communicate to all levels internally and externally
• Demonstrated ability to drive closure and resolve technical issues/challenges
• Experience in developing technical talent and building pipelines to sustain technical expertise within the organization
• Experience with both production and development programs
• Proven experience in developing strategies and translating them into action and results
• Wide variety of customer experience and exposure across Lines of Business
• Top Secret Security Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
