Description:Manage and lead the Production Operations efforts for an SGS program. Responsible for the cost, schedule and quality of Production Operations. Coordinate and direct the efforts for all Production Operations functions including Production Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing and Facilities. Coordinate with MFC manufacturing shops and sites to ensure they are meeting their quality, cost and schedule commitments. Primary point of contact between Production Operations, program management and the customer. Ensure production manpower is in place to execute the Internal Operation Plan. Ensure capital equipment required to execute production is identified, planned, justified, received and brought on line to support the Production Operations. Ensure execution of the Production Operations portions of the Program Excellence Plans. Work with other program functions, including Engineering and Technology, Product Assurance and Procurement, to ensure program quality, cost and schedule commitments are met. Support the Production Operations PMT process. Ensure Earned Value Management for Production Operations is followed. Position the program to leverage Prod Ops Dx initiatives to enhance cost position and market competitiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
-Minimum of a completed Bachelors degree
-Prior leadership experience in LOB Ops manager or Level 5 individual contributor role.
-Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
-Familiarity with SAP or Apriso or other functionally equivalent MRP or MES systems
-Experience with floor management of union personnel
-Experience with proposal development
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
