- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics required.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in a Technical Operations or Supply Chain Planning role; direct airline experience preferable.
- 5+ years of experience in a Data Analytics or Engineering role.
- Excellent analytical skills including use of statistical methods and mathematical models to calculate inventory values and forecasted demand.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience and understanding required.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software (TRAX, Oracle, or SAP)
- Knowledge in supply chain processes including: component life cycle management, component reliability, parts pooling and demand planning.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including interaction with a global team requiring occasional off-hour communication and support.
- Ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment with continually changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and fiduciary data along with recommendations to executive leadership.
- Demonstrated knowledge in planning processes: demand planning, supply planning, new fleet introductions, material planning and component life cycle management.
- Excellent analytical and computer skills
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including interaction with a global team requiring occasional off-hour communication and support.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage performance of assigned staff and influence peers
Salary Range: $91,000- $123,000
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset."
