- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Mathematics, Quantitative Analysis or Business Administration preferred.
- 5+ years of Aviation Component Repair and Overhaul experience.
- 5+ years leading a professional staff.
- Extensive knowledge in supply chain processes: component life cycle management, component repair, and contracts.
- Proven ability to present and interact with Senior and Executive leadership.
- Strong decision making, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities in a highly visible role.
- Advanced computer skills to include experience with aviation maintenance and engineering systems, experience with TRAX is preferred.
Salary Range: $91,000 - $123,000
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
