This role provides program management leadership for Baseline 10 Programs including management of BMD capability integration. This position has primary responsibility for the 10.0, 10.0.1, 10.1 and 10.M programs. Responsible for management of design, development, integration, test, and validation of combat system for the BL10 Programs. This includes all efforts to coordinate development with on-going AEGIS weapon system, FAWS and ICS programs. This role will also require coordination with SW / Product development at the Forge. Candidate will be functional manager for PM organization supporting these Programs. Candidate will report to the ACMS PM Director.

Basic Qualifications:
• Strong program management experience in the delivery of large-scale combat system software and systems.
• Experience working across organizational and company boundaries to deliver an integrated product.
• Strong customer skills and familiarity with USN Navy program office structure
• Strong cost estimating and proposal development experience.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with EVM and LM program management processes
• Proven ability to deliver financial performance objectives.
• Prior successful experience in a Program Management role.
Desired Skills:
• Experience working within the AEGIS Common Source Library (CSL) to develop and deliver a combat system baseline.
• Demonstrated ability to work with peer system supplier to develop integrated plans.
• Experience managing programs with extensive GFX dependencies.
• Experience managing across multiple contracts (CLINs / Tis) and customers.
• Experience working with USN customer.
• Customer relationship with PEO IWS 1.0 at multiple levels.
• Experience with combat system development and integration.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to interface at all levels and with multiple departments.
• The ability to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and bring matters/issues to successful closure.
• Understanding of CSEA / Shipyard dynamics.
• The ability to lead and manage a functional and/or program team with proven Full Spectrum Leadership capabilities.
• Ability to introduce new approaches to improve quality / reduce cost – transform development.
• Experience developing and maintaining strategies to grow the business.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
