Job Description:

Join a team of development program professionals to support programs within one of Honeywells businesses, Building Automation. As a Senior Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of customer programs. You will be responsible for managing and delivering complex customer programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving program performance. You will help implement program plans, budgets, schedules and execute a programmatic MOS, support forecasting & capacity analysis related to delivery requirements. You will play an important role in the IPDS process and strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will support business leaders and present programmatic details, requirements, actions, and status as assigned. 

Key Responsibilities
•Lead and oversee the execution of complex customer programs
•Manage and deliver customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget
•Ensure alignment of customer programs with strategic objectives
•Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success
•Provide leadership and guidance to program teams
•Monitor and report program performance metrics
•Supporting sales in opportunity pursuits and ensuring a competitive cost estimate and maintain bottom line performance

YOU MUST HAVE
•5+ experience in program management or a related field 
•Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies (Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Cora PPM, Primavera)
•Strong commercial management experience
•Experience working in the construction industry

•PMP certification 
•Honeywell PE/PM Academy Completion
•PM Principles & Processes with emphasis on IPDS phase II-V
•Requirements Management & Fulfillment, Planning/Estimation
•Scheduling including resource-loading critical path analysis
•SOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru Integrated Master Schedule
•Demonstrate knowledge of Earned Value Management
•Cost & Financials (ex. RDE, spend, forecast, variance)
•Risk Management (Identification & Mitigation)
•Cross Functional Communication with program team/sponsors
