Primary Responsibilities:

Leads the Contracts Management team in all facets of subcontract formation, supplier terms and conditions, clauses, non-disclosure agreements, negotiations and contract management. Contributes to the development and execution of short and long term objectives, as well as the development of strategic and tactical plans. Responsible for leading the Purchasing Compliance team in the development and maintenance of the KCNSC DOE/NNSA-approved contractor purchasing system and related processes. Ensures strict adherence to the prime contract and established, approved purchasing processes to comply with FAR, DEAR and prime contract purchasing and supplier flow down requirements and regulations. Advises management direction regarding the disposition of high value procurements. Demonstrated expertise within the field of government purchasing and prime contract administration and compliance.

 

You Must Have:

  • At least 10 years relevant experience, including three years or more experience in government contract administration and government purchasing.
  • Bachelors degree in business or technical discipline.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOE Q level security clearance.
