We are looking for a highly experienced and motivatedStrategy and M&A Manager to join the Honeywell family and help take thecompany to the next level. As part of the Strategy team, you will beresponsible for driving growth, conducting internal business deep dives,provide recommendations on new market entries, and manage execution of HCE-widebusiness initiatives. You will also be helping to identify and executeacquisitions, partnerships, and other potential growth drivers. The idealcandidate for this role will have experience with successful strategyengagements on a global scale, experience with mergers or acquisitions and thedue diligence process, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and theability to think strategically and creatively. You should be comfortable withambiguity and enjoy collaborate, fast-paced environments, have an eagerness tolearn, and be passionate about professional growth. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies and plans to drive growth and maximize shareholder value
  • Support the justification, identification, evaluation, and execution of mergers or acquisitions
  • Create processes and standardization to ensure data-driven decision making and support the due diligence process
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Prepare reports and presentations to update executives on strategic progress
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics
  • Conduct financial, market, and competitive analyses to support business decisions
  • Perform competitive intelligence profiles for selected HCE competitors - covering financials, strategy, portfolio, partnerships etc. Develop implications and recommendations.
  • Identify gaps in internal business operations and support the change management around mitigation
  • Work with Strategy Directors/ HCE Senior Leaders to identify, scope, and structure key strategic initiatives, develop data needs/ requirement and workplans
  • Support as needed on strategic projects (e.g., strategic plan, operating plan, growth initiatives, M&A due diligence, etc.) with project and stakeholder management
  • Manage and execute special projects as directed by senior leadership
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 2-3 years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft excel for financial modeling
  • 1+ years of experience preparing and presenting presentations at the executive level
  • 2-3 years of experience in a premier marketing organization, management/ senior leadership facing role.
WE VALUE
  • Masters Degree/MBA preferred.
  • Experience in industrial or software businesses
  • Locating and utilizing financial reports for competitor analysis
  • Experience in a top-tier market research/ management consulting/ B2B environment
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engng or related discipline.
  • Significant years exp in marketing analysis, bus development, etc
  • Communicate and frame complex issues in a concise manner.
  • Lead, coordinate, & influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skill (Excel, Access, finance principles), Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others.
  • Financial acumen necessary.
