Customer Care & Reservations Agent

We are currently seeking Customer Care & Reservations Agents to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Quote fares and book flights for customers.
• Ticketing support.
• Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights.
• Communicate with customers to determine individual needs.
• Address Customer Service issues with empathy and understanding.
• Provide general information on PAL Airlines policies and procedures.
• Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills.
• When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs.
• Other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience is required
• Experience in Travel and Tourism is preferred
