Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team in Greenville, South Carolina! This position serves as the Global Mobility Specialist (Expatriate Administrator) for Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) Programs in Greenville, SC reporting to the LM Global Operations Manager. This position is highly administrative helping our expatriates with their international assignment through coordinating, developing, and /or managing some or all of the following; tax equalization, visa coordination, benefits coordination, housing and compensation packages, This position may also coordinate with relocations firms, outside vendors and government and international agencies in the deployment process. Ensures AFS Program are aligned with policies and procedures. Deals with abstract issues and develops associated plans and strategies to address. Act as the liaison for overall program/functional communications.
Understand and coordinate with Program,
Human Resources, Operations, Finance,
Compliance and Global Mobility functions, among
others.

Handles the deployment responsibilities for AFS,
ensuring AFS employees are safely, compliantly
and efficiently deployed to over 60 locations
across the globe.

Coordinates the end-to-end process for
assignments (long-term and short-term), which
includes:
Assisting in developing specific individual
assignment packages or cost projections
Creating the individual assignment letters
Initiating support for tax and immigration
process with outside vendors
Initiating assignees enrollment in the International Benefits Programs
Support Proposal efforts in the development of cost estimates for expatriates
Maintaining assignment related data in PDEA
and prepares reports for data analyses,
presentations and audits

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with managing expatriation and repatriation processes for international assignments.
• Experience defining and implementing policies.
• Demonstrated experience participating in process improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing International Assignment packages or cost projections.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must exhibit high motivation, self-initiative, adaptability to change, and capability to handle multiple diverse tasks.
Desired Skills:
• Undergraduate degree in human resources
management, finance, business, or related field
preferred.
• Experience training managers in the expatriate
process.
• A strong sense of follow-up and closure.
• Demonstrate diplomacy when interacting with
all levels of internal and external customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication,
interpersonal, and organizational skills, along
with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidate must have strong customer
relationship management skills.
• Greenbelt/ Blackbelt certification.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of
a cross-domain team.
• Ability to articulate complex matters in concise
oral and written presentations in a fast-paced
proposal environment.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $67,000 - $126,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $58,200 - $111,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
