Export Compliance (d/m/w)

Job Description:

Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen und wirtschaftlichen Umsetzung nationaler und internationaler Exportkontrollvorschriften
• Exportkontrollrechtliche Beratung interner Stellen (bspw. Projektleitung, Vertrieb, Einkauf)
• Administration exportkontrollrechtlicher Vorgänge
• Beantragung erforderlicher (Re-) Exportlizenzen nach US- Rüstungsgüterrecht (ITAR) und US- Dual Use Recht (EAR)
• Beantragung erforderlicher Ausfuhrgenehmigungen nach nationalem und EU- Recht
• Regelmäßige Durchführung von internen Schulungsmaßnahmen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes juristisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (FH) mit Schwerpunkt Außenwirtschaft
• Fundierte Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet des US-, deutschen- und europäischen Exportkontrollrechts
• Kenntnisse im Bereich des Zollrechts von Vorteil
• Fundiertes Know- How im Umgang mit ERP- Systemen (z.B. SAP R/3)
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in einem sich ständig weiterentwickelnden Themengebiet in rechtliche und technische Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten
