MAIN ACTIVITIES

As crypto custodian officer:
 
  • To ensure the compliance of AHE’s contracts with company policies, laws and regulatory provisions within Airbus and national/international legal regulations related to crypto items.
  • To support the crypto account of AHE as a key actor in the overall Cripto Security organization, being the crypto custodian and reporting to the upper crypto account
  • Participate in the implementation of the Crypto Security Strategy encompassing tools, resources, suppliers, technologies, planning, contingency planning, and awareness.
  • To protect the crypto account and crypto elements, collaborating in the inspections done by the Authority.
  • To manage and administer the crypto information and crypto equipment and to apply the rules dictated by the Spanish Ministry of Defense and by NATO or by other international organizations.
  • To update the inventory (Control, accounting and archiving) and to get in contact with the crypto custodies of the customer and authorities and AH/AHD in order to coordinate the shipment and transfer of items.
  • To talk with the customer, Engineering department, Programs department to coordinate the deliveries.
  • Correct management of Crypo Material to avoid loss and compromise giving immediate feedback on possible compromises, and improving the tools for it.
  • To inspect the material received (signs of handling) and preparation for shipment
  • Knowledge of regulations, as necessary be qualified and manage of the deployment of Security Transport Management regulations in the company.
  • To support the management of the personal security clearances, and to give access to the restricted zones

As Industrial Security Officer:
 
  • To encourage security awareness within the company through adequate training program and periodical refresher courses
  • To ensure security requirements are appropriately applied to the entire Military helicopter product portfolio
  • To be able to apply those standards upon customer request on product/ service level and to assess security levels when they appear to fit for purpose.
  • To identify different types of incidents and knowledge on methods to identify any vulnerabilities of the organization, and the potential negative safety, financial, political, legal and reputation impacts and how to plan the best responses to them.
  • To be able to remediate exceptions and incidents related to Product Security through their entire lifecycle
  • Lead PITS Security Assessments; Support and coordinate EAS Security Assessments in collaboration with IM Security Department. Contribute in the PART-IS implementation
  • To establish processes and procedures needed to restore operations following a disruption caused by an incident and to take reasonable and appropriate steps to re-establish services within business defined timelines.
  • To collaborate in monitoring the management of the annual security budgets.
  • To collaborate and support all issues related to war weapons and pyrotechnics
  • To support the development of the security procedures and to carry out the necessary audits.
  • Ensure the deployment of the security policy by the set up and the management of the security governance.
  • To manage and administer all issues related to photo subjects (review of photographs, concession and processing of permits for photographers)

Security Department:
 
  • To contribute in the preparation of the security clearances, both nationally and UE/NATO, of the company. Managing the understanding of the security policy by Airbus employees from the awareness, upskilling and communication to the business support and advice.
  • To promote a culture of integral security
  • Is able to recognize the different types of Information Security research within own sector.
Experience requirements:
Experience in transversal activities and Group projects (valuable, 3-5 years)
Experience in manage of technical equipment, technical manual instructions, crypto key management (valuable, 1-3 years)

Education requirements:
• University degree or equivalent (Engineering is desired)
• Fluent English.
• It is necessary for this position to take a Crypto Security Course, provided by the Authority, for being approved by the National Distribution Agency and the National Security Organization.
