- Juris doctor degree from a well-regarded law school
- Minimum of 6-8 years of meaningful, sustained traditional employment and labor law experience advising management either in a law firm or in-house
- Experience counseling management and/or handing arbitrations pursuant to the Railway Labor Act is preferred but not required
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic legal department
- Strong writing skills, work ethic, and attention to detail
- Business-oriented approach to providing counsel
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Must be a current member of a state bar in good standing in location where position is based
Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000

Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
