With utmost precision, we design, produce and maintain state-of-the-art training systems for flight and land simulation as well as networked simulation applications and training services.

For our site in Geilenkirchen (close to Aachen) we are looking for a

Mission Simulator Operator (f/m/d)

As Mission Simulator Operator (MSO) you are mainly responsible to operate the Mission Simulation Training Devices, execute simulator scenarios and support E-3AMission Crew Training within the respective scope of work.

Your tasks:

  • responsible for continuously maintaining and improving the required skill set and knowledge in order to present realistic training to aircrews in lieu of live flying
  • Responsible for efficient and effective Mission Scenario execution. From scripted scenarios up to autonomous operations based on instructor request, leading into independent simulator operations (non scripted) for individual Mission Crew and collective Mission Crew operational training
  • Operate all the relevant systems(mainly ASCOTtm)
  • Provide advice and support, develop and update courseware materials
  • Actively participate in Mission Training through Distributed Simulation including preparation and debriefing
  • Perform as White Force Leads, to plan, guide and execute simulated training events
  • Actively participate in simulator scenario review, improvement and/or development
  • Carry out additional tasks under direction

Your profile:

  • Educational and or professional background with a specialized trade or technical school education and a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in an international environment
  • Excellent organization skills, including a sense of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills across versatile customer groups
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and service-orientated
  • ABM experience (CRC or E-3), preferably fighter controller background
  • Eligible for NATO Security Clearance
  • Fluency in English
