QCC (Configuración Conformidad Calidad)

Job Description:

To guarantee the conformity of a product/service according to the requirements
specified by our customers, and to support quality, on-time and on-cost deliveries by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty.
In the role of Quality Configuration & Conformity (QCC) you will check product
configuration, conformance, airworthiness and perform embodiment checks. You will be responsible for establishing the helicopter delivery document and/or MCA (Main Component Assembly). He/she is responsible for analysing and implementing the airworthiness incident and data activity sheet (Incident Action Sheet for QCC&). In addition, you will support the handover process of the final product to the customer at Customer Service Centres, or if required, at the customers site.
To ensure that Operational Organization complies with the regulations and
standards.
To be AHE’s focal point between MCA-FAL interconnection in the frame of military
regulation.

Main Responsibilities
 
  Responsible to provide process Inspection Standard Definition in Control Plan logic.
  Accountable and Responsible for surveillance of work preparation processes and documentation.
  Responsible to provide specific inspection documentation (to be integrated in the working order by W.P.)
  Accountable for risks assessment process.
  Contribution to quality improvement projects (methodical).
  It is the one providing all customer and airworthiness related documents and cares they met the contractual requirements. He support -H/C hand over to the customer. Hand over meeting leadership.
  Documentation review with the customer (DDP or CAIR). Interface with the customer for
documentation validation, QG, etc.
  Responsible for delivery documentation establishment (DDP, QG, CoC…)
  Checking product configuration conformity and airworthiness.
  Embodiment updating and checking.
  Delivery support.
  Acceptance and review of delivery documentation from the partners/suppliers
  Inspector/QLS coordination and priorities follow-up
  NCs coordination.
  L2 QRQC meeting Quality representative.
  Secure to obtain Quality right first time by means of mature process.
  Responsible to plan and perform operational product process surveillance.

  Lead and drive complex Quality process issue resolutions and process improvements.
  Measure and facilitate improvements to increase product adherence to Standards and
both reliability  and repeatability of processes.
  Support methodically PPS activities and manage interfaces: cross functional PPS & Projects, PPS level 2.
  Quality Performance monitoring.
  First article inspection closing (in accordance with the FAI launched/animated by work
preparation).
  Concessions signature (Originator quality and repair execution)
 
Key Competencies
 Engineer Degree
 English Advance (French if possible)
 Experience in Aeronautic activities focused in production/quality activities such quality
engineer, conformity, production engineer, etc.
 Welcome problems.
  Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff
  Experience with production/design documentation.
  Experience managing tools as SAP
  Experience in Quality Process
  Experience in root cause analysis
  Experience in documentation management.
  Good communication skills.
