Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of lifePerform residential energy audits in the assigned Ohioterritory, specifically in Marion, Franklin, and Crawford counties.
Performs installation of energy efficient measuresi.e. bulbs, shower heads and aerators; provide energy education to customer.Needs to be comfortable using the computer. 10-hour shifts. 4 days per week.Needs to be comfortable working in customer homes.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelinesto perform the functions of the job. Works under limited supervision. Primaryjob functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Special Considerations: Liftingis generally in the 10 to 15 Lbs. range with minimal repetitions. Exposure tomachinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is minimal.
Candidate will have access to company vehicle; if oneis not available mileage reimbursement can be done via weekly expense report.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish contact with customers to explain program benefits.
- Field operations experience with product installation knowledge.
- Overcome customer objectives and concerns.
- Strong work ethic, with ability to self-manage daily work schedule andperformance, with limited supervision.

Must Have:
- High school Diploma.
- Excellent oral and communication skills.
- Must be able to climb a ladder.
- Valid drivers license.
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and skill with hand tools.
