Responsibilities

By understanding our business needs and developing effective relationships with internal customers, the Senior Talent Recruiter will work closely with Spirit Leadership to ensure Spirit effectively attracts, selects, and hires high-performing team members who bring our vision to life.

 

Brand Ambassador

  • Embodies the Spirit brand in all talent acquisition touchpoints, systems, processes, and procedures.

 

Strategic Talent Advisor

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned client teams and hiring managers, including sourcing, assessment, screening, interviewing, and offering the best talent for the roles responsible for.
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand the business needs and develop talent acquisition strategies that support hiring the best talent available.
  • Identify talent gaps, and future needs to proactively source and develop a robust talent pool pipelines in advance of need.
  • Push thinking and drive effective selection based on an analysis of business needs and market demands.
  • Communicate with executives and hiring managers clearly, concisely, and professionally.

 

Recruitment Focus

  • Support recruiting-related tasks for Director-level positions and corporate positions at all levels.
  • Develop programs and manage a multi-channel recruiting process to source high-quality candidates, including internet searches, internal recruiting, social media, employee referrals, networking, college recruiting, internships, job fairs, and other recruitment tools.
  • Actively participate in Talent Acquisition hiring events.
  • Identifies and leads in continuous improvement initiatives, including process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow of talent acquisition processes and procedures.

 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent experience in executive, corporate, or information technology recruiting.
  • 3-5 years of Executive and corporate talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow-up as appropriate.
  • Knowledge of iCIMS is beneficial.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Bookings, and Teams.
  • Ability to utilize all available technology to create, edit, and maintain all necessary information.
  • Must be able to display the utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment.
  • Ability to interact with candidates, executives, hiring managers, and team members professionally, positively, supportively, and constructively.
  • Adapt to various work schedules and times. 
  • Must be able to adjust thought processes to coincide with the growth and development of the industry and the company.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required.
  • Domestic & International travel under 10 of the time.

  • Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. The majority of the work requires sitting but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.

  • Hybrid.
