The Mission of our Team

To gain added value from the data that is collected from our aircrafts. Increase customer satisfaction and flight safety, by providing customized service solutions. As part of the team, you will bring our service to the customer.  You will present existing solutions in front of the helicopter operator. In return you will be the voice of the customer, and shape our service in accordance with their needs.

You meet different enteritis inside Airbus Helicopters as well as international end-users of our product. The ideal candidate manages both. On one hand, presenting an existing portfolio of service offers to international customers. On the other hand, being able to coordinate actions with the Engineering, Program and Commercial international teams to address complex issues and promote service solutions.

Definition VIE

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Candidates meeting these criteria and interested in a VIE, please register before your 28th birthday on the website www.civiweb.com. Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities
  • Support our customers with all questions related to our services and collect their feedback.

  • Present our services to our customers during aircraft deliveries.

  • Create documents in collaboration with experts to guide our clients through the service applications.  

  • Participate to contract execution when deploying services to the customers

  • Support the complex process of service improvements at international level (France, Germany, WorldWide subsidiaries) sharing our customer’s voice. 

 

 Desired skills and qualifications
  • Completed studies or technical training in the field of Aeronautical Engineering or Information Technology.

  • Fluent knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of German is an advantage.

  • Experience in data processing. (beneficial)

  • Basic knowledge of programming with Spotfire, Python, Matlab or similar. (beneficial)

  • High degree of customer orientation and ability to promote customer relationships.

  • Distinctive ability to work in a team, as well as a proactive, goal-oriented and independent way of working.

  • Active listening ability.
