Werkplaner/Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Job Description:

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Konzipierung, Planung und Automatisierung von Produktionsanlagen 
• Projektierung von Produktionsanlagen und Betriebseinrichtungen im Sinne der standortübergreifenden Standardisierung
• Vorplanung bzw. Konzepterstellung von Produktionsanlagen (Grobkonzept, Budgetabschätzung, Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnung)
• Erstellung der Spezifikation (Lastenheft) in Abstimmung mit den Experten aus dem jeweiligen Center in Zusammenarbeit mit der Instandhaltung, Quality, Arbeitssicherheit, Vorrichtungsbau usw.
• Erstellen von Capexanträgen
• Begleitung des Einkaufsprozesses mit technischer Bewertung zur Lieferantenauswahl
• Projektleitung im Realisierungszeitraum inkl. Kosten- und Terminverantwortung, Qualifizierung sowie Fremdfirmenkoordination
• Projektabnahme mit Unterstützung der Instandhaltung und des Fachbereiches sowie die Betreuung im Gewährleistungszeitraum
• Koordination von Umzügen und Verlagerungen von Produktionsanlagen
• Schwachstellenanalyse und Optimierung von Produktionseinrichtungen
• Einführung und Betreuung von Industrie 4.0 und Digitalisierungsprojekten

Ihre Qualifikation:

• Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Flugzeugbau oder Elektrotechnik oder auf anderem Wege erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im industriellen Produktionsumfeld
• wünschenswert: Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
• Erfahrung im Flugzeugbau und in der Automatisierung/Industrialisierung
• Teamfähigkeit, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Durchsetzungsvermögen, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• wünschenswert: fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
