- Possess a bachelor’s degree in aviation required or equivalent aviation flight training experience.
- Hold ASMEL Certificates.
- Current CFI Certificate for Airplane, Instrument, and Multi-engine.
- Meet PIC recent flight experience requirements of FAR Part 61.57.
- Meet the requirements of FAR Part 141.36.
- Administrative or managerial experience in aviation related activity.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Standards:
- Hold a master’s degree or higher.
- Possess an ATP.
- Three (3) years of experience or more working in a Part 141 aviation program.
- Three (3) years of experience or more working in a University/Collegiate flight training program with self-examining authority.
- Experience as a DPE.
