Job Description:

Accepting resumes for Fixed Wing Flight Instructor for our Bend Oregon Location.

Duties include instruction of students from Private through CFII ratings. Utilize goal setting practices to ensure students progress satisfactorily. Coordinate with management to quickly identify and solve student problems.

Leading Edge flight school has over 120 airplane students and operates a fleet of Cessna 172's, Beech F33A Bonanza and Beech B55 Baron. Flight school aircraft have the modern avionics installed and are maintained in house by our 145 certificated repair station. A majority of the students have the objective to become professional aviators and obtain all their ratings through MEI. Instructors who keep their students motivated and on track typically fly over 1,000 hours in a year.

Leading Edge has an established relationships with regional airlines for career advancement of our instructors.

Job Requirements:

Current CFI-I certificate, MEI preferred.
Associates Degree or higher preferred.
Current second class medical.
Applicants must be able to pass random drug tests.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic required.
