PILOT INCENTIVES:

End of year annual performance bonuses up to an additional 10% of your annual salary.
Bell factory training provided as needed for initial or recurrent BH407GXi/BH429 courses.
Stipends paid for SPIFR and company Check Airman.
On-duty pilot housing provided.
7/7 or 14/14 schedules options available.
Willing to train qualified and capable pilots to fill SPIFR and company Check Airman positions.

JOB SUMMARY:

Operates company aircraft and associated equipment in a safe manner in accordance with the RFM, GOM, SOPs, checklists and applicable FARs.
Monitors weather, obtains weather briefings, briefs crew members and passengers, coordinates with Operational Control Specialists as required.
Possesses a customer-first mentality, assists medical crewmembers and mechanics as required.
Maintains an orderly appearance, work environment and pilot apartment.
Services and cleans aircraft as required.

Base salary commensurate with experience and competitive with current industry rates.

Job Requirements:

EXPERIENCE AND CREDENTIALS:

FAA Commercial certificate with rotorcraft and instrument rating
FAA Class II medical certificate
2,000 Hours total time
1,500 Hours helicopter time
1,000 Hours helicopter PIC time
500 Hours turbine helicopter time
200 Hours cross country time
100 Hours night time / 50 Hours NVG time
High School diploma

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

HAA experience
SPIFR experience
NVG experience
BH407/BH429 experience
75 Hours instrument / simulated instrument time (50 hours in flight)
