After hours calls are handled by an employee and not an answering service. Dispatch will assist in matching the best aircraft for your trip and budget. Attention to detail is a must with no item too small. Upon arriving for your flight, you will be greeted by an RVR employee. Our pilots are screened for, not only their experience and flight time, but their ability to communicate with owners and passengers. Passenger briefings are very important to RVR. Before departing, our Flight Crew will give you an in-depth briefing. Once off the ground, they have not forgotten you, but will check back to be sure the cabin temperature is to your satisfaction and you do not have any questions.
