Detailed description of the mission:

The mission will be in the department of Spares Profitability & Contract Management in charge of the spares pricing activities as well as the strategy and deployment within ATR Customer Support.

Activities:

You will be under the responsibility of the Head of Spares Profitability and Contract Management who will help you identify your professional goals and support you in developing your skills.

Within ATR’s Spares Profitability division, you will be an integral part of our team and you will contribute to the following main activities :

  • Contribute to the spares pricing strategy establishment
  • Elaborate major sales offers to international customers
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of ongoing contracts
  • Create catalogue spares prices and challenge Procurement team
  • Participate in KPI’s development for activity and turnover follow-up
  • Analyze spare parts sales data to identify profitability opportunities
  • Support and collaborate with the internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT…)
  • Elaborate different databases to follow and improve the activity
  • Contribute fresh ideas and insights to our team

This apprenticeship is designed for you:

You have a Bachelor’s degree and are a student at University, Business School or equivalent looking for a 2 years apprenticeship in Master degree starting September 2024.

You can demonstrate the following skills and qualities:

  • Strong analytical skills and interest in learning about financial data analysis
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Curious and attentive to new solutions
  • Great relational ease and ability to build trust
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and VBA developments appreciated
  • Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
  • English – B1

La mission se déroule au sein du département Spares Profitability & Contract Management, en charge de la mise en place de la stratégie de prix des pièces de rechange et son déploiement au sein du Support Client ATR.

Descriptif des missions proposées:

Vous serez sous la responsabilité du Head of Spares Profitability and Contract Management, qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.

Au sein du service Spares Profitability, vous ferez partie intégrante de l’équipe et contribuerez aux activités suivantes :

  • Participer à la stratégie de prix des pièces de rechanges et maintenir un catalogue à jour tout en challengeant le service Achats
  • Élaborer des offres commerciales majeures pour les clients internationaux
  • Suivre et analyser les performances des contrats de vente en cours
  • Participer au développement des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) pour le suivi de l&39;activité et du chiffre d&39;affaires
  • Analyser les données de vente de pièces de rechange pour optimiser la rentabilité
  • Collaborer avec les départements internes (Ventes, Supply Chain, Achats,IT...)
  • Élaborer différentes bases de données pour suivre l&39;activité
  • Amélioration continue : être proactif pour identifier, améliorer et harmoniser les processus actuels

Cette alternance est faite pour vous:

Vous êtes diplômé en BAC&43;3, étudiant à l&39;université, en école de commerce ou équivalent, et vous êtes à la recherche d&39;un contrat d&39;alternance de 2 ans pour votre Master à partir de septembre 2024.

Vous pouvez démontrer les compétences et qualités suivantes :

  • Compétences analytiques et intérêt pour la maitrise de données financières
  • Bonne communication, à la fois écrite et verbale.
  • Qualités relationnelles
  • Autonomie et rigueur
  • Maîtrise d&39;Excel, la connaissance des Macro et VBA est un plus
  • La connaissance de SAP est un plus
  • Anglais (courant)
