Job Description

Our Cargo charter team work around the clock to organise and arrange charters for their clients to help move their shipments quickly and securely. This is a fast paced sales role that requires a quick thinker who is able to build and develop sustainable relationships with clients.

Joining the company as a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 7 months as you become familiar with the role and industry. During this time, you will see first-hand what goes into ensuring a charter goes off with ease.&xa0;

30,000 base salary + 10 Uncapped Commission&xa0;

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Airfreight / freight forwarding is desirable 
• Must have previous experience working in either sales / account management / business development 
• Client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
• Exceptional communication skills - fluency in a second language is an advantage
• Ambitious, motivated and willing to learn new skills & industry
• Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5
• Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets  
• Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
• *MUST be able to travel frequently & often at short notice* 
• Must hold a valid UK drivers license
