Qatar Airways is now recruiting for the role of Sales Operations Coordinator.  This role can be  based in either Stockholm, Sweden or Copenhagen, Denmark. The job involves execution of daily Sales Operations tasks for NEU. 

About the Role:

In the role of Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the execution of daily Sales operations tasks for Northern Europe including Nordics and Poland. You will support the Sales Teams by planning, executing and following up on daily sales operational activities. You will be a part of the Sales Operations team and report to Sales Operations Manager.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator you will:

  • Play a leading role together with the Sales team for executing Sales Operations activities, such as Trade/Corporate Account support, Trade communication (QR-related matters such as campaigns, policy changes, fare revisions) and Sales Administration.
  • Support the sales team in maintaining an up-to-date database of trade partners within the region. Provide line managers and regional management with regular reporting on key departmental performance metrics and outstanding issues.
  • Adapt to and use internal systems (Trade Portal etc.) as well as external (Sales Force and Tableau)
  • Produce Sales and performance reports and share with relevant stake holders.
Qualifications

About you - The successful person will have following qualifications:

  • High School Qualification or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
  • Experience in any of these fields: reservations/ticketing, sales support, group sales, tariffs, distribution, business analysis.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), beneficial if you are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
  • Good knowledge of airline processes (e.g. Pricing/Distribution technology), systems (e.g. Amadeus or other GDS) and travel industry in general
  • Problem-solving skills, efficiency-oriented mind set
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Has a legal right to live and work in Europe.
