VAS Aero Services, part of Airbus and Satair is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our sales team in Boca Raton, FL.

This Sales Support role serves as a vital link between the sales team and other departments, and is responsible for providing essential administrative assistance to the sales floor. This position plays a role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of sales orders, from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Your challenges:
  • Strong attention to detail as you track sales orders and ensure timely shipping in line with customer requirements, and enter vendor and customer quotes/sales orders into SAP system accurately
  • Recognizing patterns in data, information, or events; drawing logical conclusions and making recommendations for action.
  • Serving as a liaison between sales, support services, purchasing reps, and the warehouse for all sales and repair orders.
  • We need someone who has the ability to stay focused on a task and accomplish it, no matter the obstacles
  • Understanding the market by conducting research on part numbers and market pricing, as necessary, to support sales efforts
  • Foster Teamwork

Your boarding pass:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as sales or business development within the aviation industry, with a focus on USM connections.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites: Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suites for creating presentations, analyzing data, and collaborating with team members.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary range based on the required profile: $18.00 - $24.00/hour. Information provided as an indication.
